Another great week here at Alcott.
I have referenced our Alcott Website several times to our community as a way for me to remain transparent in my communication. This week we had our monthly fire drill, and our Alcott Safety Team is committed to preparedness. I will be providing an update during January’s Town Hall Meeting and reviewing our Comprehensive School Safety Plan.
Next Friday: December 10th is Dress as your Favorite book character. I look forward to seeing the creativity of our students and staff!
One of my daily pleasures comes from my time on the crosswalk. Your positive comments continue to fill my Bucket! Reminders: please be sure to only cross at the crosswalk to ensure your safety and that of our students. UTURNS are beginning to be a concern in front of our school. Please do not make a UTURN in our designated area in front of the school. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Our next Clairemont Community of Schools meeting is scheduled for next Thursday, December 9. These are important meetings for our Cluster of Clairemont Elementary, Middle and High School and your opportunity to hear from district staff on our vision for this school year.
